Adam Holmes

Adam Holmes is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ West Texas office. His practice focuses on general commercial and civil litigation defense.

Mr. Holmes has extensive litigation experience, including representing individuals and businesses in state courts throughout West Texas. He has successfully negotiated favorable settlements for clients, obtained dismissals through summary judgment, and achieved favorable outcomes in jury trials. He is proficient in all stages of litigation and brings extensive analysis and dedication to achieving the best possible outcome, whether preparing for trial or negotiating a settlement. He is a member of the Lubbock County Young Lawyers Association, the Lubbock Area Bar Association, and the Texas Bar College.

Mr. Holmes obtained his J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2019, where he participated in the National Mock Trial Team and graduated cum laude. He obtained his B.B.A from Sul Ross State University.

In his free time, Mr. Holmes enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys photography, playing the guitar and piano, and fishing.
