With extensive litigation experience, Scholnick’s practice focuses on transportation and trucking, personal injury, employment, automotive rental liability issues, engineering error and omissions claims, medical malpractice and wrongful death. During his tenure as Senior Counsel at Tyson & Mendes, Scholnick has proven himself to be an experienced and knowledgeable litigator. He has defended and represented architects, engineers, physicians, and hospitals in suits alleging professional negligence.

Scholnick received his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 2002. He practiced in Chicago for seven years handling general liability and workplace injury claims. While in Chicago, Scholnick obtained his master’s in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois in 2008. His extensive knowledge in engineering and science allows Scholnick to take on more complex malpractice, professional liability, product design, and construction claims.
