SAN FRANSISCO (January 26, 2021) – Leading civil defense firm Tyson & Mendes LLP announced Kevin Gray as a new partner in its San Francisco office.

With more than 35 years in the legal industry, Gray has tried over 60 cases in California State and Federal Courts, the Nassau County and New York District Attorney’s Office, and Australia.  Among his numerous successful trial results are obtaining a defense verdict in a wrongful death action, recovering attorney’s fees for an individual after a defense verdict at trial, and successfully defending multiple appeals.

At Tyson & Mendes, Gray will lead a multi-attorney team focusing on personal injury defense, defense of trucking companies and governmental entities, premises liability defense, and Special Investigation Unit work.

Gray joins the firm after previously serving as partner at Harrington, Foxx, Dubrow & Canter law offices, a firm he first joined in 1998.

Gray received his bachelor’s degree from Princeton University in 1977 and his Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University in 1982.  While in law school, he was appointed as a Burks Scholar.  He is a member of the California State Bar and the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA), as well as an annual lecturer for TIDA.
