(“J.J.”) Minioza, who previously served as president of Erickson Arbuthnot. Minioza joins as a partner in the firm’s Northern California office.

Minioza brings to Tyson & Mendes over two decades of success, defending businesses and nonprofits in high-exposure civil suits brought by employees for wrongful termination, discrimination, and wage and hour claims, and multimillion-dollar personal injury claims. He has tried 38 trials to verdict with a 98% success rate, in cases spanning real estate, products liability, personal injury, employment, breach of contract, and construction defects.

Prior to his role as president of Erickson Arbuthnot, Minioza served as Managing Partner for the firm in Concord, California for 23 years.
