Tyler “Garrett” Respondek

Garrett Respondek is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ Denver office. Mr. Respondek’s practice focuses on personal injury, construction defect, automobile accidents, and related areas.

Before joining Tyson & Mendes, Mr. Respondek gained extensive litigation experience successfully representing individuals and small businesses in Arizona. Recently, Mr. Respondek significantly contributed to a brief before the Arizona Supreme Court, which resulted in a favorable published decision. Mr. Respondek has also drafted briefs before the Arizona Court of Appeals that were instrumental in successfully resolving several matters. Mr. Respondek is also experienced in preparing matters for dispositive motions and trials, and, on numerous occasions, his dispositive motions and pretrial materials led to successful outcomes for his clients. Mr. Respondek is admitted to practice law in Colorado, Arizona, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.

Mr. Respondek obtained his J.D. from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2018. He obtained his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 2014.

In his free time, Mr. Respondek enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs. He also enjoys hiking, fishing, reading, and supporting University of Texas athletics.
