Schardé Vallone is an Associate at Tyson & Mendes’ Orange County office. She works on a multi-attorney litigation team focusing on the defense of complex civil litigation actions.
Prior to joining Tyson & Mendes, Ms. Vallone clerked at a business litigation firm, where she expanded her knowledge and experience in multiple aspects of litigation. Ms. Vallone has completed numerous discovery matters, going above and beyond to discover all relevant facts. Ms. Vallone has drafted successful pleadings and motions for a variety of breach of contract, unfair competition, and partnership disputes. Ms. Vallone excels in complex cases, and masterfully handles challenging and intricate fact patterns.
In 2018, Ms. Vallone obtained her J.D. from Chapman University School of Law, where she served as a Student Ambassador and Vice President of the St. Thomas More Society. While in law school, Ms. Vallone gained experience drafting agreements and assembling corporate records for SAG ultra-low budget film productions as well as working in-house at a major sound-bar and smart-television design company. Ms. Vallone obtained her B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from California State University, Fullerton in 2014, graduating summa cum laude and valedictorian of the Communications department.
In her free time, Ms. Vallone enjoys teaching dance fitness classes, baking, spending time with friends and family, and spoiling her pug dog, Talulah.
