Sarah Filer is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ Orange County office. Ms. Filer has experience in a wide variety of practice areas, including labor and employment matters, insurance defense litigation, personal injury, and premises liability.
Ms. Filer has experience in all aspects of litigation, including drafting dispositive motions, engaging in substantial written discovery, completing legal research on complex legal issues, and preparing for mediation and trial. Ms. Filer approaches her cases with care and professionalism and diligently moves to secure favorable outcomes for her clients.
Ms. Filer received her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2017, where she externed for the Honorable Ronald S.W. Lew at the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She was also a member of the Moot Court Board and volunteered at the Self Help Clinic at the Los Angeles Superior Court in Van Nuys. Ms. Filer graduated from Gonzaga University in 2014, where she double majored in Criminal Justice and Public Relations and minored in General Business.
Outside the office, Ms. Filer enjoys spending time with her husband, riding her Peloton bike, reading, and traveling.
