Rebecca Zilberman
Rebecca Zilberman is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on general tort claims including personal injury and wrongful death, premises liability, and product liability actions.
Prior to joining Tyson & Mendes, Ms. Zilberman worked at a regional insurance defense firm. Ms. Zilberman has experience defending businesses and individuals against claims of personal injury, premises liability, and wrongful death.
Ms. Zilberman obtained her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles where she served as the Chief Note and Comment Editor of Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review. Ms. Zilberman’s Note on celebrity trademarks was published in 2022. Ms. Zilberman was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board and represented Loyola Law School in the Annual National Moot Court Competition. She obtained her B.A. from the University of California, San Diego. Ms. Zilberman is currently licensed to practice law in California.
Outside of work, Ms. Zilberman enjoys traveling, cooking, and fashion.
