Raymond Nabhani is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ New York office. He is experienced in all facets of civil litigation in both federal and state courts. Mr. Nabhani’s practice focuses on defending construction defect litigation, New York Labor Law, dram shop, toxic tort and premises liability matters. Prior to joining Tyson & Mendes, Raymond Nabhani worked as outside counsel to one of the largest insurance carriers in the United States.
In his career, Mr. Nabhani has committed himself in maneuvering matters for the most efficient and cost-effective resolution for his clients, including via summary judgment. He has extensive experience mediating and resolving complex, high-exposure matters for his clients.
Mr. Nabhani is fluent in Farsi and is a member of the Iranian-American Bar Association. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland at College Park in 2003 and received his J.D. at The City University of New York in 2009.
In his spare time, Mr. Nabhani proudly coaches his children in their sports leagues and is dedicated to having the best manicured lawn in his neighborhood. He is also a life-long New York Giants fan.

In New York State, the legislature has approved protections for certain healthcare professionals with what is expected to be a flurry of lawsuits as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. While these protections are certainly understandable, no such protection exists for businesses.
