Param Purewal is an Associate at Tyson & Mendes’ Northern California office. He litigates in a wide range of practice areas, including insurance defense litigation, personal injury, and construction defect litigation.
Mr. Purewal has comprehensive litigation experience in handling all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including initial evaluation and pleadings, discovery, depositions, and law and motion. Mr. Purewal has had great success in seeking dismissals, summary judgments, and successfully utilizing the mediation process to settle a large majority of his cases in the most cost effective manner to his clients.
Mr. Purewal obtained his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and his B.A. in criminal justice from San Francisco State University, where he was on the Dean’s List.
In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball and chess, and he is a fanatic supporter of the San Francisco 49ers.
