Nicolette Argyropoulos is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ New York Office, where she handles all phases of complex civil litigation. Ms. Argyropoulos’ practice focuses primarily on professional liability, New York Labor Law, and construction defect.
Ms. Argyropoulos gained experience as a legal intern with a civil litigation law firm, where she assisted in representing professional sports teams, bars, restaurants, owners, developers, and general contractors in matters including premises liability and construction site accidents. She drafted numerous dispositive motions and engaged in all aspects of trial preparation.
Ms. Argyropoulos received her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where she served as a law clerk for the Domestic Violence Litigation Clinic representing domestic violence victims seeking orders of protection, child custody, and visitation. Ms. Argyropoulos also participated in the Economic Justice Clinic as an advocate for clients whose public assistance and Medicaid had been adversely affected.
In her free time, Ms. Argyropoulos enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her dog, Theo.
