Marsha M. Yasuda is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ Los Angeles office. Her practice is focused on general liability, personal injury, and professional liability litigation. Ms. Yasuda has extensive litigation experience, including representing clients in California state and federal district courts.
Ms. Yasuda has litigated cases in personal injury, wrongful death, professional and medical malpractice, employment discrimination, and excessive force cases. She has both prosecuted and defended criminal law cases. Ms. Yasuda secured a total victory for a client in a premises liability matter in which she served as solo defense counsel in a federal court trial. She also successfully argued a case before the California Court of Appeal. Ms. Yasuda has briefed and argued numerous motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment, and secured favorable settlements for clients at mediation.
Ms. Yasuda received a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2000 and earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2005. She is licensed to practice in all courts in the State of California.
In her free time, Ms. Yasuda enjoys spending time with her family.
