Margaret C. Castaneda is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses primarily on general liability matters. She maintains a goal-oriented approach to protect her clients’ interests through every stage of litigation.
Ms. Castaneda has experience representing physicians, hospitals, and other health care providers in state courts throughout California. She has successfully drafted and argued various motions, including motions for summary judgment/adjudication and motions to compel.
Ms. Castaneda obtained her J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2016. While in law school, she served the International Human Rights Clinic where she litigated human rights violations before a wide array of international bodies. She earned her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara in environmental studies, with a minor in Spanish. Ms. Castaneda is admitted to practice before all California state courts. She is also fluent in Spanish.
In her free time, Ms. Castaneda enjoys spending time with her Shiba Inu, traveling, and watching movies.
