Kristine Minnick is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ Los Angeles office, where she defends clients in a wide range of civil liability matters, including general liability and personal injury litigation, directors and officers liability, and errors and omissions.
Ms. Minnick has achieved exceptional results for many corporate and individual clients, in both litigation and transactional matters. She has served as corporate counsel to both new and established businesses and has negotiated favorable resolutions to various claims against her clients, including breach of contract, general negligence, and premises liability claims. She also has extensive experience negotiating and drafting business agreements, including commercial leases and purchase and sale agreements. She was named a Top Attorney by Pasadena Magazine two years in a row.
Ms. Minnick received her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law. She served as Executive Editor of her law school’s Journal of International and Comparative Law and interned at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Ms. Minnick was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2011.
In her free time, Ms. Minnick enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, camping, yoga, and trying new restaurants.
