Kianna Woods

Kianna Woods is an Associate at Tyson and Mendes’ Orange County office specializing in personal injury defense.

Ms. Woods is a collaborative team player who represents her clients through each stage of a case. She is a successful litigator due to her ability to build a strong foundation and she is highly skilled in taking depositions, her questioning often resulting in plaintiffs admitting fault where liability was disputed.

Ms. Woods received her J.D. from Western State College of Law and her B.S. in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Soka University of America. She served as co-president of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society and was a Law Review member. She also led the Student Article department during her final year. Ms. Woods was a member of the Dean’s Circle and was a Dean’s Fellow, where she helped new students with their transition into law school.

In her free time, Ms. Woods is an avid salsa dancer. While attending Soka, she taught salsa, bachata, and merengue for various performances held on campus. She is also mother to her fur baby, Onyx.
