Federica Vergani

Federica Vergani is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ Fort Lauderdale office. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, automotive, and premises liability.
Prior to joining Tyson & Mendes, Ms. Vergani began her legal career as a staff attorney at the Florida Third District Court of Appeal. During her time at the Third DCA, Ms. Vergani assisted judges by drafting legal memoranda and reviewing new case filings for jurisdiction. Ms. Vergani then worked as a practicing attorney at a national firm. During her time at that firm, she gained extensive experience defending personal injury claims. She is admitted to practice law in Florida.
Ms. Vergani obtained her J.D. from the Florida International University College of Law, where she graduated cum laude and was on the Dean’s List for three straight years. During her time at the FIU College of Law, Ms. Vergani served as the Executive Symposium Editor of the FIU Law Review. Her law review comment, Why Transgender Children Should Have the Right to Block Their Own Puberty with Court Authorization, was published in the 2019 edition of the FIU Law Review journal. She was also on FIU’s Moot Court Team. Ms. Vergani obtained her B.A. in International Affairs and Marketing from Florida State University.
In her free time, Ms. Vergani enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys going to concerts, playing tennis, traveling, and serving her community.
