Emily Meeson is a Partner in Tyson & Mendes’ San Diego and Orange County offices. Her practice focuses on employment practices litigation defense including wrongful termination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims.

Ms. Meeson has extensive litigation experience, including representing individuals and businesses in state courts throughout Southern California. Ms. Meeson has assisted in preparing multiple cases and witnesses for trial through completion, resulting in favorable jury verdicts. Also adept at late-stage negotiation, she recently obtained two major settlements for clients on the eve of trial, saving tens of thousands of dollars in litigation costs.

Ms. Meeson graduated from California Western School of Law in 2013 where she was a member of the Dean’s List and a recipient of an Academic Merit Scholarship Award. Ms. Meeson received her B.A. in Art History from the University of California, Davis in 2010.

In her free time Ms. Meeson enjoys spending time with her husband and son, attending Orange Theory classes, discovering new restaurants, and cooking.
