Dea Sula

Dea Sula is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ Northern California office. Her practice focuses on a variety of civil litigation matters. She has a diverse litigation background, with experience in appellate, civil, immigration, and family law court proceedings.
Ms. Sula secures favorable outcomes for clients. She has drafted successful briefs for many cases, leading to wins for clients such as being granted asylum or being awarded full custody of their children. Ms. Sula is adept at client communication, ensuring clients are well-informed while efficiently guiding cases towards resolution. Ms. Sula is a current member of the California State Bar and has a mediation certification from the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
Ms. Sula obtained her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. She published a journal comment and was the senior articles editor for the Santa Clara Journal of International Law. She received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Negotiation.
In her free time, Ms. Sula loves being in nature and visiting museums. She enjoys gardening and hiking around the Bay Area.
