Aydin Emami is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ San Diego office. His practice focuses primarily on general liability defense and personal injury. Mr. Emami has experience litigating premises liability, boundary disputes, general liability, and directors and officers liability. He has experience representing corporations and individuals across California.
Prior to joining Tyson & Mendes, Mr. Emami successfully represented real estate developers, property management companies, and professional landlords in numerous cases involving landlord-tenant matters, zoning and land-use, and complex business issues. He successfully defended a multi-million dollar breach of contract action on a motion for summary judgment. Mr. Emami is experienced in all phases of pre-trial litigation and has prepared multiple successful dispositive motions.
Mr. Emami earned his J.D. in 2015 from California Western School of Law, where he earned a Dean’s List award and served as Vice President of the school’s Middle Eastern Law Student Association. He received his B.S. cum laude in Finance. Mr. Emami is licensed to practice law in California.
Outside the office, Mr. Emami enjoys traveling, exploring restaurants with his fiancé, and taking his golden retriever, Charlie, to the Coronado dog beach. He is an avid tennis player and a passionate sports fan.
