Annalyse Butler is an Associate at Tyson & Mendes’ San Diego office. Her practice focuses primarily on defending against personal injury, general liability, and professional malpractice claims.
Ms. Butler participated in Tyson & Mendes clerkship program where she honed her skills for writing various successful motions and oppositions, defending clients zealously, and assessing the fine details of a case.
Ms. Butler earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law where served as Vice Chair of National Teams on the Appellate Moot Court Executive Board. While in law school, Ms. Butler worked as an extern for the San Diego City Attorney and the Employment and Administrative Mandate section of the California Department of Justice. She also worked as a research assistant, focusing on employment law, and teaching assistant in constitutional law. Prior to law school, Ms. Butler earned her B.A., cum laude, with a dual degree in Philosophy and Communication Studies from Sonoma State University.
In her free time, Ms. Butler enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and relaxing at the beach.
