Andrew Friese

Andrew Friese is an Associate at Tyson & Mendes’ Seattle office, where he is engaged in a wide variety of civil litigation in tort and contract including land use, trespass, breach of contract, and construction defect cases.

Mr. Friese has argued before the various Superior Courts of Western Washington, as well as Washington Courts of Appeal.  Mr. Friese has successfully negotiated, mediated, and settled cases for his clients in numerous areas of law, including construction defect cases, breach of contract cases, and trespass and waste cases. Mr. Friese also has experience in drafting and arguing dispositive motions, managing pre-trial discovery and production in highly detailed cases, and zealously representing his clients throughout the litigation process.

Mr. Friese obtained his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in 2018, where he successfully completed one of the top Legal Writing programs in the country.  He obtained his B.A. from Gonzaga University in 2014, where he majored in Political Science.

In his free time, Mr. Friese enjoys walking and hiking the various trails the Northwest has to offer.  He also enjoys reading and watching the Zags.
