| This interactive, two-hour seminar provides attendees with need-to-know updates on California insurance and employment law. Attendees will experience an engaging multi-media presentation led by dynamic speakers with decades of expertise in their subjects. During the first hour, participants will elect to attend a general or breakout session to learn of updates impacting California personal injury claims or employment law. During the second hour, all attendees will come together to explore three of California’s most significant jury verdicts of 2019, assessing the jury psychology behind runaway jury verdicts and specific strategies to prevent them.
