  • Soro v. Topp, et al.: Traffic accident resulting in serious injuries to plaintiff, including dislocated hip and brain injury. Plaintiff accused Jennifer’s client of drinking and driving the car in which he was a passenger when it was hit by another drunk driver. Established evidence that Jennifer’s client was not in the car, let alone driving when the accident occurred. Medical bills were in excess of $100,000. Settled for Jennifer’s client for waiver of costs.

  • Rouse v. Loja, et al: Dog bite case in which plaintiff accused Jennifer’s client, the property owner, of negligence related to a dog bite from a tenant's dog. Jennifer’s CCP 998 for waiver of costs was accepted on the eve of her hearing for Summary Judgment.

  • Holderness v. Jarvis, et al.: Plaintiffs dismissed their claims against Jennifer’s client with prejudice after she established that the client acted within the sudden emergency doctrine after stopping for a deer which entered roadway. The responsible driver was under the influence of drugs when she swerved into oncoming traffic.
