Senior Counsel
 English R. Bryant is the Director of
the Firm’s Employment Practices Group. Ms. Bryant is a graduate of the
University of South Carolina School of Law (J.D., 1990), where she
graduated in the top 10% of her class and was a member of Law Review.
She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from
the College of Charleston, South Carolina in 1987.

 Mark
T. Petersen has been practicing law in California for over 15 years.
Mr. Petersen is a graduate of University of California, San Diego (B.A.,
Political Science, 1989), and Pepperdine University School of Law (J.D.,
1992.) For ten years, Mr. Petersen worked for Shea Stokes. His
practice concentrated on the areas of bad faith litigation, insurance
coverage, and catastrophic personal injury cases.

Liberal Studies, 1980), and Syracuse University College of Law (J.D.,
1983). He has practiced law in San Diego County for twenty years,
obtaining significant civil/business litigation experience with the law
firms of Gray, Cary, Ware & Freidenrich, and also Sparber, Ferguson,
Ponder & Ryan.
